Pre-book online 24/7 through FareHarbor — our secure booking platform. Pick your cart size, dates, and time, then pay securely. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email. You can also book right from this website’s homepage.

Free cancellation on all pre-booked reservations. Cancel any time before your rental start for a full refund — no questions asked. Same-day Scan & Go walk-up rentals are non-refundable once started.
To cancel a reservation, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us at support@conchcartrentals.com.
Yes. To change your dates, cart size, or other details, email support@conchcartrentals.com or text Alex at (888) 814-2790 with your confirmation number. Changes are subject to availability.
Key West peak season (November through April) fills up fast. We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance during busy periods. For holiday weekends (Fantasy Fest, New Year’s, Spring Break), book 4–6 weeks out. Walk-up Scan & Go is always available for last-minute needs, subject to cart availability.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through FareHarbor (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and in the Conch Cart Rentals app (Apple Pay also supported). We do not accept cash.

No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. There is no mileage charge, no fuel surcharge (we refuel before each rental), and no mandatory insurance add-on. Damage beyond normal wear is covered by the booking confirmation placed at booking.
We don’t charge a deposit. Simply book your cart on FareHarbor with a credit or debit card and you’re good to go — no holds, no surprises.
Carts & Fleet

We operate a fleet of all-black Cushman gas carts in three sizes. Three sizes are available:
- 4-Passenger — Cushman Shuttle: 2 seats facing forward, 2 facing backwards. Great for couples and small groups.
- 6-Passenger — Ideal for families and groups of up to 6.
- 8-Passenger — Our biggest cart, perfect for large groups and family vacations.

Gas-powered only. All Conch Cart Rentals carts are all-black Cushman gas carts. No charging needed — your cart comes fully fueled and ready to explore Key West. If you run low on fuel during a multi-day rental, you can refuel at any local gas station (standard 87 octane).
Select carts in our fleet are equipped with Bluetooth speakers and USB charging ports — availability varies. All carts are fitted with our KeyOS platform that powers Scan & Go keyless access, remote diagnostics, and live fleet monitoring. When you book, you can request a cart with audio features; we’ll do our best to accommodate.
In the rare event of a mechanical issue, call our GM live line at (645) 242-8010. We’ll dispatch a replacement cart as quickly as possible. Your rental time is paused during any down time. All carts are inspected before each rental to prevent issues — our fleet reliability is a core part of the Conch Cart Rentals promise.
Scan & Go

Scan & Go is our 24/7 walk-up rental system. No reservation, no staff, no waiting. Here’s how it works:
- Download the Conch Cart Rentals app (Apple App Store)
- Walk up to any available cart
- Scan the QR code on the cart with the app
- Select your 3-hour rental block and pay securely
- The cart unlocks instantly via our KeyOS system
- Return when done — the cart locks automatically
Scan & Go is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including holidays. Rentals are sold in 3-hour blocks:

Yes — the Conch Cart Rentals app is required for Scan & Go. Download it free from the Apple App Store. You’ll create an account (takes under 2 minutes), add your payment method, and you’re ready to scan and ride. Android version is coming soon.
Yes. Within the app, you can extend your 3-hour block in additional increments as long as the cart isn’t reserved by someone else. We recommend checking availability and extending before your current block expires to avoid an interruption. The extension is charged to your payment method on file.
Conch Club

The Conch Club is our free loyalty program for returning guests. If you’ve rented with us before, you’re automatically eligible for 20% off every future rental. No points, no tiers, no expiration — just a flat 20% off for life as a returning guest.
Member rates: $144/day (4-pass) | $208/day (6-pass) | $240/day (8-pass).
Membership is automatic for returning guests — no signup required. After your first rental, you qualify for Conch Club rates on every future booking. To ensure your discount is applied, book using the same email address you used for your first rental, or contact us and we’ll look up your history and apply the rate manually.
Conch Club pricing (20% off) and promo codes cannot be combined — the higher discount applies. In most cases, the Conch Club 20% is the best available rate. The CONCHCART10 code (10%) is available for guests who aren’t yet Conch Club members.
Rules & Policies

Yes — all drivers must have a valid driver’s license. The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Additional authorized drivers must also be 21+ with a valid license. International driver’s licenses are accepted.
Golf carts are street-legal on most Key West roads posted at 35 mph or under, which covers virtually the entire island. You cannot drive on US-1 (the Overseas Highway) or the Stock Island bridge approaches. We provide a route map with your rental. Key destinations reachable by cart include Duval Street, Mallory Square, Smathers Beach, Fort Zachary Taylor, and most restaurants, bars, and hotels.
Yes — children of any age may ride as passengers (they cannot drive). Children under 3 must be secured in an appropriate child safety seat (not provided; you must bring your own). All passengers must remain seated while the cart is in motion. Children love riding in our carts — it’s one of the most popular family activities in Key West.
No smoking of any kind in or near the carts. Florida law prohibits open containers and driving under the influence in golf carts as in any motor vehicle. Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of the deposit. We want you to have a great time — Key West is full of amazing places to stop and enjoy a drink on foot.
